- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture, half of the meat mixture, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining noodles, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
